4th gen…This morning a new firmware notice came up and it downloaded and installed. Then a couple hours later the unit completely stopped working. No leds, no nothing. Even cooled down. Checked power supply, 12v. Waiting for support reply. Anyone else?

Same here. Dead unit suddenly after months of enjoyment. No lights anywhere on unit; totally cold and no lights anywhere.
