When I try to view Coming Soon in the Library, the screen locks up showing Loading… and does not continue. The Android app shows the upcoming programs to be recorded and works fine. This started yesterday. I rebooted both the Tablo and Roku, deleted and reinstalled the Tablo app on Roku and deleted all the upcoming programs to be recorded (using the Android app). The problem still shows up when I added a program to be recorded.
System: Roku 4802X and 4th gen 2ch Tablo, connected with Ethernet.
Just to double-check, what version of the Roku OS is your Roku running?
Oh good, it’s not just me! I’m also using a Roku (Roku Ultra 4660X) running Roku OS 15.1.4.
We’ve made the product team aware, they’re looking into this now.
