ClearOS Mapping Errors

New user here and I am having trouble setting up remote access. I am currently using ClearOS as my firewall. I have opened the assigned ports and it will still not map. I then setup a 1 - 1 NAT and it will still not map. The IP is whitelisted in the content filter and the proxy. Any other suggestions on what to try?

Are there other ways to watch TabloTV outside of the network?
