Chrome Web-Page Back-Button takes you to the top of unread

It used to be that if I got behind on reading this, I could go to the bottom of the unread items and read that one.
Then, I would hit the back button, and it would take me back to that same item. Now, it takes me to the top of
the unread items, and I have to scroll to where I was. Is this Chrome or TabloTV ?

both either or - Chrome has been upgraded since getting behind and the forum software has been upgraded in the past.

I believe discourse provides for dynamic pages and update in virtually real time, each time you load the page, you get a fresh copy. I get notices as I’m reading. Sometime it says to reload the page because it’s changed. Long gone are days of static HTML web pages.
