I’m still getting used to the Tablo app on my Apple TV 4K, so please forgive me if this is expected behavior.
I’ve noticed that sometimes, if I am watching live TV and I go back to the Guide (for whatever reason), the channel I’ve been watching is not selected. For example, I was just watching ABC then jumped out to the Guide and Fox was selected.
Shouldn’t ABC still be selected in the Guide? This doesn’t happen all the time, either, but so far I haven’t noticed a discernible pattern.
I use a Roku, but the behavior described occurs in my environment when going from Live TV category to Recordings, and back to Live TV.
For example…
Watching channel 7-1 ->
Go back to Live TV guide ->
Go to Recordings ->
Go back to Live TV guide ->
Channel highlighted will be 5-1, which is the 1st channel in the Live TV guide, not the channel I was previously watching, which is further down the list of channels.
