Channel guide not complete

When I launch Tablo on my android phone, sections of the channel guide are blank but some of the channel lineup shows current programs running.

However when I access my Tablo from my Laptop through the web interface, Every section shows up?

When I update the :“Guide Status” button in the android app, it updates but nothing changes. Some sections are still blank.
Its like there’s a problem with the android app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but no change

I suspect your Android device has low resources. Perhaps low storage? Try clearing up some space if that is the case. The “guide status” update button tells the Tablo to update it’s guide information. Since your PC shows accurate and complete guide data that probably won’t help. It might even slow things down.
