Did you recently do the update to 2.2.30? On mine (Tablo Lite) I did it a few days ago. Checked settings and the 14 day box option was unchecked. Can’t say for sure it was caused by the update but worth checking into.
I am on 2.2.30, app is 1.8.0-beta.2
I don’t see an option for 14-days in the settings. I’m pretty sure I’ve been through all of them.
