And it won’t let me use the ADD button to enter the code from the box. Anything I can do?
Submit a ticket to the Tablo folks. They can fix it.

I had a similar issue when initialing signing up after the free 30-day subscription. Ended up being a weird browser issue. I was initially signing up using my work laptop and had a very similar issue. Switched to signing up on my phone and it worked fine.
