Can't stream video from iOS app from outside home network

When I try to watch live TV or a recorded show from the iOS app from outside of my home network, it lets me click play and it goes to the full-screen video player, but just sits on “Loading…” forever.

I’m using an iPhone 7 with iOS 11.2.5 with version 1.4.1 of the “Tablo Web App”.

What phone carrier do you have? I’m on T-Mobile with an iPhone and I’ve had that issue since I got on T-Mobile. Unfortunately you and I aren’t the only ones with this problem.

Yep, I’m on T-Mobile. I even turned off the “Binge On” setting to see if that was messing with it, but it didn’t make any difference.

Hey @MoonScript Unfortunately this is related to the fact that TMobile has decided to be ‘avant garde’ and switch ALL video traffic on their network to IPv6.
