Anyone having problems with the support portal? I went to open a new support case, but can’t get in. My saved password isn’t accepted. When I try to reset my password, it tells me I can’t reset it. If I try to create a new support account, it tells me my email address is already in use. Help?
You can’t log into the support portal. It’s not for users. If you have an existing case, reply by email. For new cases, use the form at http://support.tablotv.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
