Can't register my tablo dual lite,

hi, i bought a tablo dual lite, i am trying to register it on tablo, and each time i enter the serial number its always say, tablo not found,
i tied many time to contact tablo, no answer
does anybody have this issue?

hi, yes everything works for connection, its only for register on the account for tv guide, it doesnt recognise my serial number

Oh, I miss understood. Hmmm not sure. You might try unplugging everything/resetting your router and let everything set for 5/10 minutes. Than try again. (Unfortunately with the holiday schedule the Tablo tv office won’t be back open until 12/27/2018.)
