Can't get my subscription to show

I recently canceled my subscription, but then have decided to keep it going again. However I can’t get it to show up under My Tablo Account. When I try to add the subscription back, I enter the serial number I get, “It appears this Tablo DVR already has a subscription and there is nothing more to do here.” How can I get it to show up again? I haven’t hit my expiration date for this month, and I don’t want it to expire and mess up my current dvr setup.

Contact support. They should be able to sort it out.

I did yesterday, but they won’t be able to get back to me until Monday, and I’m just being impatient… :slight_smile:
