Can't get initial setup support

I cannot get my Tablo to connect to the net using an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi. Called support and got “Leave a message, we’ll get back to you”. Cannot find chat option anywhere.
Not cool when you’ve worked on setup for over 2 hours and can’t get any help!
Can someone point me to some source of immediate help?
