Can't connect to wi-fi home network via PC

I can connect to the Tablo Dual Lite OK but it doesn’t prompt me to put in the wi-fi password, so I can’t get any farther. It also disconnects the ATT network. Need to connect through wi-fi because I want to put an antenna in the attic. I am following the instructions on the Tablo support page using the web app link. It did work over the ethernet cable when I first set it up, but I don’t have that option in the attic.
Thanks.

You are putting the Tablo in the attic?
I don’t think that would be a good idea due to the high heat in attics, unless yours has cooling.

It does run hot now that you mention it. I am in a particularly bad reception area and need to get the height for the antenna. If I can’t get it to connect to the network, it’s all a moot point. Does the new model run hot, too?

Don’t have new one, but I suspect so.
No way to run a coax down a wall from the antenna?

Not easily.

Maybe get an electrician to do it.

I had one do some cable runs for me.
Pulled 4 cat-6a cables for upgrading my home network.
I have a flat roof, with only about 3-4 feet of clearance. Not easy, but it was doable.
