Cannot record shows

None of my scheduled recordings have occurred for the last two days. The shows are marked to record, and actually display as “recording” on the episode page (AppleTV) My four-tuner device is directly (ethernet) connected to my Verizon FIOS rounter. My scheduled recordings are haphazardly recording only a small portion of the show e.g. last night’s Jimmy Kimmel recording didn’t begin till the show was over and recorded 13 min of Nightline, the show that follows. The attached pic shows that the episode recording status is not agreeing with the status shown below in the grid. My HD is working fine; I can access all my recordings.

If you haven’t done so, please reboot your Tablo. Then schedule a show that will happen in the next 30 minutes and see what happens.

Sometimes a Tablo will just glitch up and a reboot fixes it (though I haven’t had to reboot mine except during firmware upgrades).

If that doesn’t work, please submit a ticket to Tablo support. They can usually figure out what it going on.

I had already rebooted - once last evening before I lost the (scheduled) news and late night TV, and again this morning before I took the above picture of my live grid showing the anomaly.

However, I just got home and I see now that three programs seem to have recorded properly. I’m not sure what fixed it, but the fact that it righted itself after I posted makes me think that it was magic elves.
