I have lost connection to box, I have tried blue button reset and unplugging but are unable to connect through the app on fire stick. I have a solid blue light on box. What else should I try?
Uninstall and reinstall the app on the Fire stick.
Check if your Firestick is on the same network (and subnet) as your Tablo. E.g. maybe your Fire Stick is on a guest WIFI network or the Tablo is plugged into a network device on a different subnet.
