Bulk Delete Fail

I’ve got another situation where the player fails, and Bulk Delete also fails. When I get a chance, I’m going to find the ticket process. I have saved all the recordings…

OK, submitted, but I hit “Enter” at an inappropriate time, so I had to edit it, but it should be clear enough what I did. I just hope I submitted the correct mac address. I had to “FING” it on my non-phone Samsung Galaxy Player 4.0, then manually type it in… I guess I could have carried my laptop over to the TABLO, then turned it upside down, but that was WAY too hard. It would be nice if mac copy/paste were availble…
