In the past, the Tablo folks have resisted turning on CAPTCHA.
After this latest blitz, perhaps they will change their minds–at least for thread creation.
@stevebob & @jkline - Sorry guys… I had a family event this weekend so didn’t get a chance to check in as I usually try to do. This seemed to be an unusually high weekend for spam too.
There are lots of ways we could lock down the forum but we don’t want to make it too hard for REAL new users to get onboard. We’ll take another look at how we can foil the spammers though.
