This pos app keeps crashing when trying to watch what i’ve recorded, can’t even view files on hd to watch with another device making this one useless pos!

What specifically happens when you try to watch a recorded show? Is there an error, does it kick you back into the guide?
What kind of external hard drive are you using?
I am having exactly the same issue. I can watch live TV but as soon as I start watching a recording, the app quits after about 5 seconds and returns me to my Roku home screen. I have rebooted, installed and uninstalled, removed tons of old recordings, and nothing works. Please help!

It specifically crashes the app and relaunches, then when i try to watch a recording again it does it again & again. It was working fine until your last update broke it. Now this pos is totally useless. WE SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRE TO BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET TO RECORD OTA TV & AND WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO VIEW THE FILES ON OUR HARD DRIVES!!!
