Everytime I try and open the app on Roku, the app crashes and goes back to the home screen. Any ideas on how to resolve this? I’ve already tied uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Thanks.
What model Roku? For example the Roku 3 is Model 4200.
It’s a Sharp Roku Tv not sure what model that would be.
It works fine on the Roku stick on another tv
Have you tried power cycling the Roku TV?Like unplugging it from the wall to power it off.
Unplugging seems to have fixed it, thanks for the tip. It’s strange because it didn’t seem to affect any other apps.
