Another informal survey - Home phone service for cordcutters

Dropped our landline in April, cell phones only for us. (and we are old codgers :grinning: )

$5 per month for 3 years is $180. I paid $50 one time plus $25 for the Linksys PAP2T. I win

Most definitely you win in price. No question of that. For my situation the land line is important enough that the $5 per month is worth it to have the tech support if there is an issue. Having said that, in the two years I’ve had it I’ve never had a technical issue (not counting the VoIP adapter issue mentioned before). As far as I am aware Fongo home phone/freephoneline has never gone down.
