Android Client - No Sound

Just in the last few weeks, my Android Client has no sound.

I’ve power cycled my Note 9 phone. I’ve re-installed the Tablo Client.

I’ve tried both Live and Recorded content. Video plays well, but there is no sound.

Sound is working for all my other apps and functions. I’ve tried both with and without a headset.

Anything else I should try?

Did you accidently turn on surround sound on your Tablo? It likely won’t work on the Note. Just go to Settings and check.

If your tablo unit has 5.1 sound turned on your phone may not have surround sound turn on in the settings.
