All tuners are in use..but they're not

Hi,
Since the recent update, we have had trouble watching a channel while another is recording. The Tablo says "Playback Failed. All tuners are in use for recordings. BUT only one channel is recording. We’ve not had this issue before.

If a reboot doesn’t clear this up, send our support team a ticket and we can take a look.
