All Guide and prescheduled programs have disappeared!

All of the guide date has disappeared-- along with all of the programs that I had scheduled to record. I cannot schedule them again because the guide info is missing and the TABLO will not even respond when I click on the time slot on the guide. I have rebooted everything and restarted and rescanned twice–as well I have tried to access from my iPad, my Iphone and my MacBook, as well as from the Amazon Fire and the LG Tablo APP-- but still not any response. Can any one help. I think the Tablo help desk is closed today.

Does your Tablo show that your subscription is valid?

If your subscription shows as good then, try changing your location to a ZIP code near by you, and rescan.
