After Channel Re-Scan Many Channels Labeled Incorrectly In Guide

I live in an area that required a channel re-scan on October 18, 2019. After the re-scan I have several channels that are miss-identified on the guide. I have scanned a 2nd and even a 3rd time and still have the same problem. I also updated the guide data but that didn’t solve the problem either. Is anyone else having this issue, and if so, have you found a solution? Thanks.

Compare the Tablo guide to what you can find on something like titantv.com. If they differ submit a ticket to Tablo so they can contact their guide provider about it.

If you are using a WEB browser you might either delete the unit(red X) and re-add it or clear the browser cache.

this will clear the local cache if the problem is due to the local data associated with the browser
