A connection to Tablo could not be established

This has happened now twice in a week. Tablo has always been a bit slow to connect at times, but now is getting unusable. I have the Tablo DUAL LITE OTA DVR. I spent over an hour both times trying to reconnect the device. I finally had to remove the Tablo from the entertainment center to hook it up to ethernet and re-establish a wireless connection. I have checked my router and it is working fine with all other streaming services working flawlessly. Tonight we missed both shows that we had recorded because the Tablo was disconnected. How do I keep this recurring problem from happening?
