My fourth gen four tuner will only record two programs simultaneously since the most recent firmware update - the other two programs are showing conflict and not recording. It’s been quite happily recording four programs since new (over a year now.) Has anyone else seen this?

This is infuriating. I contacted support and they are trying to convince me my Tablo is not a four tuner model. I provided documentation that I purchased it from them on Amazon and that the model number is listed as four tuner, plus the fact that I’ve been happily recording up to four simultaneous OTA programs at a time for over a year - until a recent firmware update.
I have a suspicion of what happened (I work in software, a table in the firmware got pooched is my guess) but I’m curious - does anyone else have a TF1284B-01-CN that is having the same issue? If you have a TF1284B-01-CN can you please try scheduling four OTA recordings at once to see if you get a conflict?
It’s possible to record the FAST channels since they don’t require a tuner. I have the 2 tuner and although some FAST channel programming prevent recording due to copyright, I saw 3 simultaneous recording events.
TF1284B-01-CN Google search says 4 tuner at Best Buy but Amazon says 2 tuners. You cannot trust the description on many online products because they copy and paste them.
That would not explain how you recorded 4 OTA channels simultaneously. My experience has been to get a different customer service representative.

It was purchased from Tablo through Amazon (Tablo was listed as the actual seller) and showed four tuner - I was coming from a prior generation device with four tuners, I wasn’t about to downgrade. My Amazon receipt even shows four tuners. Tech support is digging deeper into this now.
I hadn’t even heard of “fast channels” before this - I haven’t ever tried recording from them until the last few days.
Has it cleared up?
I was holding off updating until it was completely resolved, but Tablo stepped up and is exchanging my box - it should be here in a few days. They think I’m nuts about it acting like a four tuner before, I even offered to show them many cases where I had recorded three and four OTA simultaneous programs (every morning, multiple news shows) but my receipt shows four tuner so they are taking care of me.
