14 day Tablo guide?

Hi guys and gals. Absolutely loving my new Tablo dual lite this NFL playoff season. I have a 1TB WD Elements drive on it. Everything has been running great.

However, I did notice today, as a paid subscriber to the tablo guide I seem to only be getting 24 hours worth of guide. I can’t go past 24 hours.

I understand paid subscribers get 14 days worth. Just wondering what I’m doing wrong. Thanks!

Live TV grid is always only 24 hours. Other 13 days are available elsewhere in the Primetime, TV Shows, Movies, etc.

It gets a lot of people at first. But it doesn’t take long to get used to the 14 days in all the other menus.
