Can't install Tablo Ripper

I have downloaded the Tablo Ripper zip file as well as the static FFME zip file. I was able to extract and install the FFME, but when I try to load the TabloRipper file, I get the following message:

\TabloRipper.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

My laptop is old, running Windows XP. Is this my problem?

UPDATE: I decided to try Tablo Exporter instead.
